Using the extensive data we have captured (some 8,000 opt in companies spread across 25 Industry Sectors) we can promote b2b in many ways. Below are a few of the promotional ideas.

Main Sponsor of b2b – This would give key presence on the main pages of the site, all newsletters and emails.

Email Newsletters – This can be to all businesses, selected businesses by geographical areas, selected types of business. This can also be to the visitors to the site.

Email Sponsorship – The site generates automatic emails plus we will be sending emails to the businesses on a regular basis, this could be an ideal area for a company to advertise. 

Email Broadcasting – Aimed at as many or as few of your prospects as you consider useful. Our data is very specific and very delineated – We do not recommend, or undertake the “spray and pray” approach to below the line marketing.

Banner Advertising – The main pages of the site have the facility for banner advertising

Search Engine Optimisation – We have our own search engine optimisation software in-house and know the importance of keeping an online business top of the search engine pages. Our optimisation submissions will start in the September.

Powerboat Marketing – We have been running the powerboat in the Honda series as our main marketing tool for 5 years for www.jobs-at.com, with the secondary sponsor of b2b-southwest.com which we promoted at the Plymouth races in July. Over the years we have benefited from TV (national & local), newspaper, magazine and radio advertising to the value of over £750,000, leveraged by the strong Honda brand.

There is the facility for sponsors to display their logos on the boat and use the powerboat races etc to promote their own businesses. We have found the boat has built us yet another networking group of businesses over the years.

As an unusual marketing tool we have used the boat for many promotions – exhibitions, corporate days out, prizes (i.e. Telewest promoted the prize of 2 tickets for a trip out in our powerboat at the Southampton Boat Show) in exchange for this we received extensive full colour advertising in their Telewest magazine and advertisements on thousands of inserts plus full media coverage at the boat show. Once again bringing thousands of visitors to the jobs-at.com website.

The boat is based in Dawlish and is easily accessible for use.
